my husband has to complete the az drivers license revocation packet and on form c there is a drug /substance abuse evaluation and all i wanna know is if there is a drug test invovled in that evaluation?

I completed the same revocation packet in az less than 3 months ago and there was not a drug test involved,Just evaluating your driving history that may possibly be affected by DUI or other misc drug charges.
