Asian American Drug Abuse Program Inc Olympic Academy for Youth or CA Hispanic Commission Alc/Drug Abuse Aguila Recovery Home have themselves listed as payment assistance and/or sliding scale fees in Los Angeles according to my database. There are certainly others in and around the area, however finding them is not always the easiest.
